We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
SECTION 3A — PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT AUTHORISATION
By completing checkout, you confirm that:
• You are the authorised cardholder or have permission to use the selected payment method.
• You authorise TimeCraft Watches to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees.
• Clicking “Pay Now,” “Complete Order,” or equivalent constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting TimeCraft Watches to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude:
• Shipping costs
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Bank charges
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods remains with TimeCraft Watches until delivery is completed to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery is deemed complete upon courier confirmation, delivery scan, or signed proof of delivery to the specified address.
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible.
TimeCraft Watches is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery to the supplied address.
If a parcel is redirected, forwarded, or handled by a third-party freight service after delivery, TimeCraft Watches bears no responsibility for loss, damage, or warranty claims arising thereafter.
SECTION 6 — CONDITION ON DELIVERY
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
Failure to report missing items, incorrect items, or visible shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery confirmation constitutes confirmation that:
• The correct product was received
• It matched the product description
• It was free of visible damage at delivery
This does not remove statutory warranty rights but may affect the assessment of delivery disputes.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
