1. How long does delivery take for watches in stock?

For watches we already have on hand:

Once payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch the same business day, provided it is during working hours.

Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days.

Premium shipping options may be available for same-day or next-day delivery, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. What is a “Special Order” and why does it take longer?

A Special Order is a watch we don’t currently keep in stock but can source for you. This allows us to offer a much larger selection without holding slow-moving stock.

Special Orders typically involve:

Importing the watch, which may take 7-10 business days or less depending on the supplier and shipping route.

Inspection and quality check once the watch arrives at TimeCraft Watches.

Shipping to you, following the standard 2–3 business days.

So, the total timeframe is roughly 7-10 business days plus 2–3 days, and we’ll update you throughout the process.

3. Will TimeCraft Watches keep a Special-Order watch in stock afterward?

If the watch proves popular or fits well into our lineup, we may add it to our regular stock. Otherwise, we’ll source it for you individually. This keeps our collection varied and exciting without holding excessive stock.

4. How do I request a quote for a watch you don’t stock?

Provide the watch model and any details or photos needed. We’ll confirm the exact item, quote you, and then either source it for you or add it to the website for direct purchase.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information from the courier. Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days. If you choose premium shipping, your tracking may show same-day or next-day delivery depending on your location.

6. What if my watch is damaged during shipping?

TimeCraft Watches will provide a full replacement or refund if the watch is damaged in transit, provided you report the issue promptly. Claims with the courier are handled entirely by TimeCraft — you don’t need to worry about that process.

7. How do returns or warranty claims work?

For defective or faulty items, contact us preferably within seven days of delivery. Claims made after this period may still be considered at our discretion. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for full details, including battery issues, authorized repairs, and customer care responsibilities.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders for standard stock items cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Special Orders may be canceled before the watch is sourced or shipped; please contact us as soon as possible.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, TimeCraft Watches focuses on local shipping within South Africa. If you are outside the country and interested in shipping options, please contact us directly, and we’ll advise on feasibility, cost, and timelines.

11. Do you inspect every watch before sending it?

Absolutely. Every watch is thoroughly inspected for quality, function, and presentation. Special Orders go through an additional inspection to ensure they meet our standards before they leave our hands.

12. Can I get a watch serviced or repaired through TimeCraft Watches?

We offer guidance and support for servicing, but most watches are best serviced at approved service centers. Warranty coverage may be void if repairs or modifications are done by unauthorized parties.
