TimeCraft Watches — Shipping Policy
1. Order Types
TimeCraft Watches offers two types of orders:
In-Stock Items
Products physically held by TimeCraft Watches and available for prompt dispatch.
Special Orders
Products sourced specifically at a customer’s request and not ordinarily kept in stock. Special orders may involve supplier procurement or importation prior to shipment.
2. Processing and Dispatch Timeframes
TimeCraft Watches aims to process all orders as efficiently as possible. All timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
In-Stock Items
Orders for items held in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional periods, public holidays, stock verification, or operational constraints.
Special Orders
Special-order items require sourcing and inspection prior to dispatch. These orders are typically dispatched within approximately 7 business days of payment confirmation, but dispatch may take up to 15 business days or longer depending on supplier availability, procurement lead times, inspection requirements, customs clearance, or import processes.
Special-order timeframes relate to sourcing and dispatch preparation, not courier transit time.
Delays caused by suppliers, customs authorities, couriers, weather events, transport disruptions, or other factors beyond the reasonable control of TimeCraft Watches do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation while the order is actively being fulfilled.
Special orders may not be cancelled once sourcing or procurement has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
3. Inspection Prior to Dispatch
All watches are inspected by TimeCraft Watches prior to shipment to confirm:
• the correct model has been supplied
• the watch is functional
• no visible defects are present
This inspection may add additional handling time prior to dispatch.
4. Courier Services
TimeCraft Watches uses reputable third-party courier providers selected at our discretion. We reserve the right to choose the courier and service level most appropriate for each shipment.
Courier transit times are estimates only and are outside the direct control of TimeCraft Watches.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
TimeCraft Watches is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery details supplied by the customer.
6. Risk and Delivery Completion
TimeCraft Watches retains the risk of loss or damage to goods until delivery has been completed to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Delivery is considered completed when the courier records successful delivery to the specified address, including a delivery scan, electronic proof of delivery, or signed acceptance.
Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost or damaged prior to confirmed delivery, TimeCraft Watches will, at our discretion:
• replace the item, or
• issue a full refund.
TimeCraft Watches will manage all courier investigations and claims directly. Customers are not required to contact the courier.
Customers must notify TimeCraft Watches as soon as reasonably possible if a delivery does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch notification.
8. Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect the parcel promptly upon delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation and accompanied by photographs of:
• outer packaging
• inner packaging
• the product
Failure to report delivery issues within this period may affect the outcome of courier investigations and claims.
9. Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address details, the parcel may be returned to TimeCraft Watches. Additional shipping fees may be required for re-delivery.
10. High-Value Shipments
For higher-value items, TimeCraft Watches may require signature delivery or additional verification measures prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm delivery arrangements before shipment.
11. Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, customs processes, transport disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or damages while the order is in transit or being fulfilled.
