Majority of SHOP NOW watches are Special-order items that require sourcing and inspection prior to dispatch. These orders are typically dispatched within approximately 7 business days of payment confirmation, but dispatch may take up to 15 business days or longer depending on supplier availability, procurement lead times, inspection requirements, customs clearance, or import processes. If we are unable to source the watch because of availability issues the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
